New 4-week sessions are forming. Are you ready to make a change and feel healthier? Join us for information and motivation. We're here to help you get up and get moving, and eat well.
BEACH Kids is a program for children 6 years old or older, and a parent or guardian. BEACH Kids helps families become healthier and more confident by becoming more physically active, and develop healthy eating habits.
As a BEACH Kids family you attend Health and Wellness Classes and talk with our dietician and motivation specialist individually to create a nutrition and fitness plan that works for you and your family. Becoming healthier can be done step by step, day by day, and week by week. We're here to help you.
