Clinical Rotations
Imperial Beach Community Clinic is staffed by physicians who are dedicated to teaching primary care medicine. We welcome applications for clinical rotations from medical students, residents and nurse practitioner students.
Please send your CV and a cover letter to ibhr@ibclinic.org. Your information will be forwarded to our providers for consideration.
Internships
Internships are available at Imperial Beach Health Center and Nestor Community Health Center. High school students can earn community service hours. Individuals training to be a medical assistant can earn practical experience for program credit. Medical Assistant interns will gain experience working with physicians and nurse practitioners in various specialties.
For consideration, please send your cover letter with the reason why you would like to complete your extern hours at our clinic to ibhr@ibclinic.org.
