›› New IBHC Medical Clinic

The demand for health services by low-income and uninsured individuals in San Diego County exceeds the capacity of health care providers willing to treat them. Imperial Beach Health Center will be opening a second clinic in San Diego’s South Bay in order to increase access to health care for this population. Funding for this ambitious project will be accomplished through grants, loans and fundraising.

Program Needs

• BEACH Kids is looking for items children can take home: pedometers, jump ropes, exercise balls, and children’s exercise videos.
• Diabetes Care would like to purchase diabetic test strips for patients who would forgo testing due to cost.
• IBHC’s Perinatal Care Team requests financial donations so they can assist new families in need.
