Annie Scott, Registered Dietician Annie Scott is Imperial Beach Health Center’s Registered Dietician. She counsels individuals and families about nutrition, helping families make small changes that can lead to big results. As someone who has improved her own diet and become healthier herself, she understands the effort and knowledge it takes to make changes. |
Diabetes Education

Prenatal and Early Childhood Nutrition
Good nutrition helps ensure a healthy pregnancy, and a healthy baby. Nutritional counseling is available for patients who are pregnant, and those who want help developing their babies and toddlers healthy nutrition habits.
BEACH Kids Children's Nutrition and Fitness Program
BEACH Kids is a program for children 6-12 years old and a parent or guardian. B.E.A.C.H. stands for "Being Active and Choosing Health." BEACH Kids helps families become more physically active, and develop healthy eating habits. BEACH Kids participantsm attend Health and Wellness Classes, participate in physically activities, and talk with our dietician and motivation specialist.
BEACH Kids includes:
1. Nutrition counseling to individuals and families (for parents, and children up to 18 years old)
2. Motivational or behavioral counseling
for individuals and families (for parents or children up to 18)
3. BEACH KIds Health and Wellness Classes (for kids 6 and older and their parents)
