Getting regular physical exercise and maintaining a healthy weight are two of the best things you can do for your health.

IBHC’s Nutrition Department offers nutrition and fitness education to families of overweight children. Diabetes Education is offered at IBHC by our Diabetes Care Coordinator and our Nutritionist.


BEACH Kids Health and Wellness Classes are fun, educational and supportive. Developing healthy habits of fitness and nutrition can help children avoid diabetes, high blood pressure, heart disease, and certain types of cancer.
