Imperial Beach Health Center is a private, non-profit healthcare organization in Imperial Beach, California, that has been serving San Diego’s South Bay residents since 1971. We offer comprehensive primary health care including preventive care, wellness activities, treatment for illness, physical exams, and on-site lab services. We are a Federally Qualified Health Center serving people of all ages, with or without health insurance.
Imperial Beach Health Center is open to patients from 8:30 am to 9 pm Monday to Thursday, from 8:30 to 5 pm on Friday, and from 8:30 to 2 pm on Saturdays. For general information, appintments, or administrative services, please call (619) 429-3733. A doctor is on call 24 hours a day.

Hepatitis A Vaccines are available to unvaccinated and uninsured swimmers, surfers and fishers who use the waters at Imperial Beach. You will be required to fill out the necessary paper work, but can receive the vaccination free of charge. Please call 619 429-3733 and ask for a "Hepatitis A Vaccination for Imperial Beach Ocean Users." The Hepatitis A vaccine requires two shots, 6 months apart.
