Imperial Beach Health Center offers primary health care including behavioral health counseling, on-site lab services, and wellness activities.Our clinical staff includes board certified physicians, family nurse practitioners, certified nurse midwives and a registered nurse. Case managers help patients make and keep appointments, understand their conditions, and take responsibility for their health.

Imperial Beach Health Center (IBHC) works closely with Scripps Mercy Hospital Chula Vista and Rady Children’s Hospital-San Diego for hospitalizations, diagnostic testing and specialty referrals.

BEACH Kids

BEACH Kids (Being Active and Choosing Health) is a fun and active program created for kids 6-12 years old and their families. Environmental Health

Imperial Beach Health Center is working with Professor Rick Gersberg of the Graduate School of Public Health at San Diego State University, and WiLDCOAST an Imperial Beach based non-profit organization to evaluate and address environmental health threats posed by recreational ocean use in Imperial Beach.
