From the first newborn health evaluation through adult and senior care, Imperial Beach Health Center treats patients with respect and compassion. Our services include preventive care and wellness activities, treatment for illness, physical exams, and on-site lab services.

Imperial Beach Health Center is open to patients from 8:30 am to 9 pm Monday to Thursday, from 8:30 to 5 pm on Friday, and from 8:30 to 2 pm on Saturdays. For general information, appointments, or administrative services, please call (619) 429-3733.

Imperial Beach Health Center (IBHC) is a private, non-profit healthcare organization which has been serving San Diego’s South Bay residents since 1971. It is a Federally Qualified Health Center that offers comprehensive primary healthcare for people of all ages, with or without health insurance. Uninsured patients can apply for a discount for essential services.
