Imperial Beach Health Center and Nestor Community Health Center see patients by appointment. Same day appointments are sometimes available. For an appointment please call (619) 429-3733.

Imperial Beach Health Center is open to patients from 8:00 am to 9 pm Monday to Thursday, from 8:00 to 5 pm on Friday, and from 8:30 a.m. to 12 noon on certain Saturdays.

Nestor Community Health Center is open to patients from 8:00 to 5:00 Monday, Tuesday Thursday and Friday, and 8am to 8pm on Wednesdays.

If you are a patient who needs medical advice when the clinic is closed, please call (619) 429-3733. A doctor is on call 24 hours a day.

Imperial Beach Community Clinic is the parent organization of Imperial Beach Health Center and Nestor Community Health Center. Imperial Beach Community Clinic is a Federally Qualified Health Center, a private, non-profit healthcare organization that has been serving San Diego’s South Bay residents since 1971.
