Imperial Beach Health Center is a private, non-profit healthcare organization in Imperial Beach, California, that has been serving San Diego’s South Bay residents since 1971. We offer comprehensive primary health care including preventive care, wellness activities, treatment for illness, physical exams, and on-site lab services. We are a Federally Qualified Health Center serving people of all ages, with or without health insurance.
Imperial Beach Health Center is open to patients from 8:30 am to 9 pm Monday to Thursday, from 8:30 to 5 pm on Friday, and from 8:30 a.m. to 12 noon on Saturdays. For general information, appointments, or administrative services, please call (619) 429-3733. A doctor is on call 24 hours a day.
