Imperial Beach Health Center and Nestor Community Health Center see patients by appointment. Same day appointments are sometimes available. For an appointment please call (619) 429-3733.
Imperial Beach Health Center is open to patients from 8:00 am to 9 pm Monday to Thursday, from 8:00 to 5 pm on Friday, and from 8:30 a.m. to 12 noon on most Saturdays.
Nestor Community Health Center is open to patients from 8:00am to 5:00pm Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays, and from 8am to 8pm on Mondays and Wednesdays.
If you are a patient who needs medical advice when the clinic is closed, please call (619) 429-3733. A doctor is on call 24 hours a day.
Imperial Beach Community Clinic is a nonprofit Federally Qualified Health Center.
