To help reduce the multiple barriers to care that many of our patients face, Imperial Beach Community Clinic (IBCC) incorporates a wide range of enabling services to supplement our medical services.
Medi-Cal Enrollees: Click here --> Free or Subsidized Broadband Access for Medi-Cal Enrollees - Medi-Cal members automatically qualify for the Affordable Connectivity Program (ACP). The ACP is a subsidy program that helps reduce monthly internet bills for eligible households.

Laboratory: When you have a health concern, detailed and reliable test results help you and your doctor make the best possible treatment decisions. At our health center, you have access to a wide range of diagnostic laboratory services including flu shots, blood draws, urinalysis, pregnancy tests and more.
Care Coordination: Our director of care coordination oversees two behavioral health care managers and nine referral coordinators. Referral coordinators process referrals and get insurance authorizations for specialist visits. Our behavioral health care managers screen mental health patients, assess their needs and counsels them about their behaviors to lead them to better health outcomes.
Eligibility Assistance: Our outreach/enrollment staff can help answer your questions about Medi-Cal, Medicare, and insurance plans offered under Covered California. Outreach: Our outreach department collaborates with community-based organizations, health care providers, schools, churches and libraries. They do this to ensure that residents, community organizations and businesses in the South Bay know about our health services.
